I have more than 20 years of business experience in the automotive industry and the textile and molding sector, with a strong background in sales, quality, and plant management.
I hold an MBA degree from Bahcesehir University, where I focused on sales, distribution, and marketing operations. I am also a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and a Six Sigma Green Belt. I am passionate about applying lean production, kaizen, and continuous improvement methods to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality. I have extensive experience working with different OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers worldwide, building strong customer relationships and delivering innovative solutions. I am a reliable, self-motivated, and results-oriented leader, who enjoys learning and developing new skills, and motivating my team to achieve our goals.
